£2.9m fraudster sentenced at the Old Bailey

James Norman appeared for the Crown in the case of Dennis Harold, who pleaded guilty to the offence of fraud to the approximate value of £2.9m.

Harold was a payroll administrator who admitted stealing from a recruitment firm by creating false companies and invented temporary staff records to pay wages into different accounts that he controlled. He was sentenced to 4 years' imprisonment at the Old Bailey.
