Conviction in Pension Fund Fraud

Stephen Hopper leading James Marsland instructed by the Crown Prosecution Service, secured convictions against both Defendants in one of the first pension liberation frauds prosecuted in the country. The trial lasted 8 weeks. The fraud resulted in payments of almost £1m being made to the Defendants by Pension companies.

Sentence was on 20th April. Locke got 5 years. King got 3 years.
